JUDGEMENT ENTRY - DETERMINATION OF PROBABLE CAUSE - This matter came on this 4th day of JUNE, 2011, for a determination of probable cause concerning the arrest of the Defendant for a charge of DOMESTIC VIOLENCE, a violation of Ohio Revised Code 2919.25. Upon consideration of the available evidence, the Court finds that there exists probable cause to believe that said Defendant committed the offense specified.
It is therefore ORDERED that said Defendant be brought to the Court for arraignment at the earliest available opportunity.
