This Day, March 23, 2011 This matter came on for hearing. It is the order, judgment and decree of this court that The Defendant appeared for Review and Sentencing after having been arrested upon a warrant for failing to appear for the prior hearing. The Defendant has not completed the hours as ordered (0 of 150 hours done) and has therefore not purged himself of the contempt. The Defendant is hereby sentenced to 30 days in jail and shall pay a fine of $250.00, plus court costs. The Defendant shall receive credit for the 9 days he has been in custody on the matter.
