This Day, February 28, 2011 This matter came on for hearing. It is the order, judgment and decree of this court that These matters were scheduled this date for a Pre-Trial with the Court on both the pending Assault charge and the pending Probation Violation/Revocation. Due to flooding concerns, the Pre-Trial was held by telephone with the Court, Mr. Hubbell, and Mr. Spridgeon. The Defendant is currently scheduled to begin an approximately 90 day in-patient substance abuse rehabilitation program on Wednesday, March 2, 2011. By agreement, these matters shall be continued to allow the Defendant an opportunity to complete the rehabilitation program.
