Judgment This Day, November 16, 2015 This matter came on for hearing. It is the order, judgment and decree of this court that This Day, NOVEMBER 16, 2015 This matter came on for hearing. It is the order, judgment and decree of this court that The Defendant appeared before the Court and the issue of unpaid fines and court costs were discussed. The Defendant is not currently making regular payments and the Defendant has significant amounts of unpaid fines and court costs. This Defendant shall be scheduled for a Fines and Costs Hearing on each and every Monday at 8:00 a.m., starting on NOVEMBER 23, 2015, until such time as all fines and court costs are paid in full. The Defendant, if not currently working, shall bring to each hearing the name and address of each place where the Defendant has looked for or applied for work in the last 7 days and the position(s) for which they applied. If the Court receives a payment of at least $25.00 by noon of the Friday immediately prior to a Fines and Costs Hearing, then that Hearing shall be continued one week to the following week to review whether or not the payments continue. The Defendant shall appear for the Fines and Court Costs Hearing each and every week unless a payment of at least $25.00 is made by noon of the Friday immediately prior to the Hearing. If the Court is closed on Monday, the Fines and Costs Hearing shall not occur and the Defendant shall appear for the next scheduled Fines and Costs Hearing. The Defendant may make payments in advance that cover the following weeks of hearings. (For example, Defendant may pay $50.00 on a Friday to cover the next 2 weeks.) THE DEFENDANT SHALL APPEAR. THE DEFENDANT IS ADVISED THAT FAILURE TO APPEAR CAN RESULT IN SANCTIONS, INCLUDING A WARRANT FOR ARREST OF THE DEFENDANT AND SUSPENSION OF ALL DRIVING PRIVILEGES. THE DEFENDANT IS FURTHER ADVISED THAT FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH THIS ORDER (REGARDING THE DOCUMENTS TO BE BROUGHT TO EACH HEARING) CAN RESULT IF A FINDING OF CONTEMPT FOR FAILING TO COMPLY WITH AN ORDER OF THIS COURT.
