This Day, July 06, 2011 This matter came on for hearing. It is the order, judgment and decree of this court that This matter comes before the Court as a result of the Defendant having failed to appear or otherwise contact the Court regarding the work release program. On November 19, 2008 the Defendant was sentenced to 60 days in jail and was given the option of satisfying those days through participation in a work release program. That sentence was stayed for 60 days to allow for a work release program. Since sentencing, the Defendant has failed to contact with Court regarding either the work release program or the scheduling of her days in jail. It is the obligation of the Defendant to complete her sentence in this matter and she has failed to do so.
