This Day, May 31, 2007 This matter came on for hearing. It is the order, judgment and decree of this court that 05-31-07. The motion filed 05-18-07 on behalf of Defendant Douglas E. Courtney by his attorney of record Mr. Paul V. Maekask, requesting early release from the Justice Center is well taken. Defendant Douglas E. Courtney shall be discharged from the Hancock County Justice Center Monday June 4, 2007 @ 9:30 AM. Defendant Douglas E. Courtney shall then report immediately to Probation Officer Elling of the Court's Probation Department for intake processing. As of June 4, 2007 Defendant Douglas E. Courtney shall have satisfied the 90 day bench warrant as issued under case number 06-CRB-01866-A. Will have served 2 days jail on the 177 day bench warrant as issued under case 06-CRB-01183, leaving 175 days jail pending.
