Judgment This Day, September 08, 2010 This matter came on for hearing. It is the order, judgment and decree of this court that THIS MATTER CAME ON FOR A HEARING UPON THE DEFENDANT'S MOTION TO LIFT THE BENCH WARRANT AND THE WARRANT BLOCK AGAINST HIS LICENSE.
